Dr. Joshua Weiss is a negotiation and conflict resolution expert, Senior Fellow at the Harvard Negotiation Project and the co-founder of the Global Negotiation Initiative at Harvard University. He is also the Director of the MS in Leadership and Negotiation at Bay Path University and the author of a fantastic new book "The Book of Real-World Negotiations".
Dr. Andy Young is a professor of Psychology and Counselling at Lubbock Christian University as well as an active lead negotiation team member of the Lubbock Police Department and Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office. He is also the author of two great books providing an insider's view on crisis negotiations: "When Every Word Counts" and "Fight or Flight".
