Jerri served 26 years as a Special Agent with the FBI (working major economic fraud and corruption cases, receiving numerous awards throughout her career, including four United States Attorney Awards for Distinguished Service). Jerri currently hosts a very popular podcast called the “FBI Retired Case File Review” where she interviews retired FBI agents about their high-profile cases and corrects clichés and misconceptions about the FBI in books, TV, and movies, and reviews crime fiction. I highly recommend her new book “FBI Myths and Misconceptions: A Manual for Armchair Detectives”.
Mac also served as a Special Agent with the FBI (working national security and cyber crimes cases and as both a crisis/hostage negotiation team member and instructor). Mac currently teaches a course called “Sales Negotiation" at Kansas State University as part of the National Strategic Selling Institute (NSSI).
