Mike is an NFL Front Office Insider at ESPN, a lecturer at Columbia University and Founder of the 33rd Team, an NFL industry Think Tank of former NFL Coaches, General Managers, Football Executives and Scouts. Prior to his current roles Mike was the Executive VP of football operations for the Miami Dolphins as well as General Manager for the New York Jets.
Pam is one of first female lawyers in professional sports, president of Lester Sports and Entertainment and Co-Founder of the Negotiation and Persuasion Club on Clubhouse. Prior to her current roles Pam was the COO of HBO Properties, where she created and ran HBO's licensing and merchandising business, including the licensing programs for The Sopranos and Sex and the City. Pam frequently lectures on Sports and Entertainment law issues, was the first woman to chair the American Bar Association's sports and entertainment section and the first female president of the Sports Lawyers Association.
